Paying By Check All transactions are in US Dollars If you are uncomfortable with providing your credit card information over our secure server, we will gladly accept payment by personal or company check for your purchase of our music. (However, should your issuing bank return the check for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $25.00 processing fee, which will cover our own bank charges for the check reversal, and the shipping costs incurred for sending the merchandise to you.) We also accept payment in the form of money orders and cashiers checks. Please do not send cash through the mail. Shipping Your CDs and cassettes will be sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Delivery time is almost always within 3 business days to the contiguous 48 states. Damaged Merchandise If your recordings arrive damaged, please call us immediately at 740.392.4955, or email us, and we will make arrangements for you to ship the package back to us. We will then send you a replacement order and reimburse you for the postage. Refunds As is customary with all recorded music, there are no refunds on any CDs and cassettes from which the cellophane wrapper has been removed. When ordering by mail, you need only to indicate on your check/money order which CD(s) or cassette(s) you wish to purchase. There is no sales tax or shipping charged to the customer.
